SN Pride

SN Pride

SN Pride is our network for the LGBTQ+ community and allies. Launched in 2018, there are now local representatives in London, the Netherlands, Spain, Argentina, Germany and the USA. 

SN Pride aims to help all of its members feel accepted, supported and included by offering guidance to the company, creating resources to support employees at work and at home, organising events and working together with the wider LGBTQ+ community in Science and Education.

SN Women

SN Women

The SN Women global network provides a forum to promote gender equality and support self-defining women across Springer Nature to achieve their personal and professional ambitions.

The network aims to empower and inspire women, share knowledge and insights across the company, and build a real community to drive cultural change. Open to people of all genders, the network is run by a global team, running campaigns, hosting events and making a difference across Springer Nature.

I’ve also had great fun getting creative with event organising. Our networks play a significant role in exploring work-related issues – they provide a space to talk about the everyday difficulties of working life that we all face and share advice.”

The Springer Nature Disabled Employee Network (SN DEN) provides support, advocacy and advice for employees with disabilities or impairments at a global and local level, and guidance for those wishing to support others.

SN DEN acts as a unified voice on issues related to disability, advising on accessibility and innovation for Springer Nature, as an employer and as a business.

"I wanted to be part of SN DEN because my disability is a huge part of who I am and SN DEN offers a platform in which to be open about my experiences and needs as a disabled working adult. I take part in a way that few others could and put my own unique stamp on my contribution. 
I feel that disabled employee networks are important because they offer disabled people the chance to have their say on what is going on in an organisation, as well as being able to smooth the path of those employees coming into the organisation. They are also a means of improving the experience that disabled customers have. This enables disabled people to develop their professional networks, understand a wider range of business areas and gain expertise in areas that they otherwise would not be able to, and as such greatly enrich their professional lives. "
