Our recruitment process

First, we talk to you

First, we talk to you

When we want to get to know someone, we think good old-fashioned conversations are better than Facebook. It’s a chance to share your thoughts and experiences, ask about the job, the company, the benefits, and anything else you want to know.

Next, we ask you to do something

Next, we ask you to do something

Talking is great to find out what you’re like; working shows us what you can do. You’ll be given a test, to be completed in an agreed time frame. We want you to impress us, but don’t try too hard.

We encourage ambition, but we also want you to get things right.

Then, we meet you

Then, we meet you

If things are going well, we’ll invite you to visit us at work. We’ll ask you about the test you took, you’ll meet a few of us, and we’ll show you around.

It takes half a day, but it’s worth the time to make sure we’re all making the right decision.

Want to know more?

We're always looking for great people

So even if you can't find the role you are looking for right now, but you're interested in joining us, get in touch.
