We are committed to  building an inclusive culture within our organisation. We run several initiatives to support our goal, including a global mentoring programme to support career development and connectivity, promoting a culture of learning and dialogue within our workforce.

Flexibility and support

Flexibility and support

All employees can choose to work from home for at least 2 days a week. We also offer the flexibility to take a workation of up to 20 days to work remotely and combine it with a holiday or visit to see friends and family. 
To support colleagues through difficulties we provide an Employee Assistance Programme that offers wellbeing support as well as legal and financial guidance. It is available to contact 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and free of charge to all employees and members of their household.
