Leaders in Diversity and Inclusion

We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive culture and run several initiatives to support our goal, including a guided mentoring programme. This connects mentees from three groups who experience lower levels of inclusion or are currently underrepresented in leadership at Springer Nature, with mentors within our organisation and aims to help mentees to develop professionally by building new skills, expanding their networks and growing their careers.

Flexible working options

Because of the positive benefits offered by working from home for many colleagues during the pandemic, all employees can now choose to work from home for at least 2 days a week. We also offer the flexibility for colleagues to take a workation of up to 20 days where they can work remotely and combine it with a holiday or visit to see friends and family.

Free and confidential support

To support our colleagues going through difficulties we provide an Employee Assistance Programme that offers wellbeing support as well as legal and financial guidance. It is available to contact 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and free of charge to all employees and members of their household.
