Springer Nature helped to pioneer OA book publishing by first piloting open access publication for books back in 2011. Open research is important to us at Springer Nature and making information and ideas accessible through publishing robust and insightful research is at the core of our mission to advance discovery. We are really proud of the role that our OA books programme plays in this.”
Springer Nature publishes both OA and hybrid books and series, and partners with, amongst others, IEA (The International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement), IMISCOE (International Migration, Integration and Social Cohesion), Max Planck, and Simula Research Laboratory.
